I will get to the 1 day vacation trip soon…. but now my house is a drama filled crazy fest. Catrina needs a Valium, she will probably kill the babysitter anyways. So the babysitter came over last night to stay the night to watch Liam for 4 hours before grandma came and got him after we left. We fed and gave wine and were gracious hosts, I thought….

We thought leaving my bank card at the house and saying order a pizza would be a good idea, NOPE.

Came home to a few empty pizza boxes and sodas and stuff, and a note saying that she paid her cell phone bill with MY bank card and would pay Catrina back tomorrow night.

If that wasn’t INSANE enough, I can’t find my phone charger, Catrina calls her and we are told she vacuumed and ran it over ruining it so she threw it away. I look in the trash to see if it was savable, and look what is in there, Catrina’s phone charger with the wires striped and port broken. At least she has a car charger, I am just S.O.L. I guess.

All this for watching a baby for FOUR HOURS!!!!

When Liam can’t sleep and is fussy trying to get to sleep it makes me feel bad. Not for me or mom, but for him. I wonder a lot why he gets so sassy when he is sleepy, and when he whines and cries I think he is in Pain.

The hardest thing about parenting I’ve always said is the choice you have to make to have more money to provide for your family or to make less and spend more time at home.

I’m starting to think the hardest part of being a parent for me to a newborn/infant/baby is the constant worry if they are scared, in pain, uncomfortable, sick, hurt, sad, angry, or just all around not happy.

My bosses boss just told me I was nominated for a market employee of the month award. My first words in return “f#@k off, you liar” which brought hilarity to everyone in the room. Are they trying to butter me up into not searching for a higher pay job at a competitor because with my qualifications I could, even though I look like street trash. Or is this some clever plot to make it look like I schemed a way into nominating myself? Either way I’m thinking into this too much, and too little in how easy it was to say “F#@k off” to a room full of suited management.

There are a few people that if I had to put into words how amazing they are I wouldn’t be able to do it. These are people that I follow and a ton of others do also, and that I always click on their actual blogs and not just wait for them on my dash. A few have sent Liam things when we were down on our luck, some have just said kind words that have brought myself and my family way up, and a couple are just always there to answer questions or are all around great people.
